Choosing an SEO agency in Singapore can be surprisingly difficult. Almost every agency promises better Google rankings, more website traffic and stronger business growth. Many also have impressive client lists, awards and five-star reviews.

But if you’re about to spend S$1,500, S$3,000 or even S$5,000 a month on SEO, those claims aren’t enough.

You need to know what the agency actually offers, which SEO services are included in its packages, and whether it has experience with the problems your website faces.

For example, does the agency handle technical SEO or simply provide recommendations? Will it write and optimise content? Does its monthly fee include link-building activities? And what happens when your website needs development work?

To make this comparison more useful, we examined nine SEO agencies in Singapore, reviewed their published services and pricing, and investigated the information prospective customers can find before contacting their sales teams.

We also analysed a sample of 91 Google Maps review records and conducted 54 public-evidence checks across the nine agencies.

One finding stood out: only 17 of those 91 sampled reviews were primarily about SEO. Many others discussed web design, training, consultations or services that weren’t clearly identified.

That’s important because a strong Google rating doesn’t necessarily tell you what it’s like to work with an agency on a long-term SEO campaign.

In this guide, we’ll explain what each agency offers, how much its published SEO packages cost, who it’s best suited for and what our research suggests you should check before signing.

Editorial disclosure: MediaOne publishes this article and is included in the comparison. MediaOne has a commercial interest in the subject. Although we highlight its services and capabilities, this is not an independently verified ranking of agency performance. Competitor information is based on publicly available materials, and reported case-study results have not been independently audited.

Best SEO Agencies by Business Need

Rather than choosing an agency based on a generic ranking, start with the problem you’re trying to solve.

Your SEO Requirement Agencies Worth Comparing Why Consider Them?
Full-service SEO for a growing business MediaOne and First Page Digital Both offer technical, content and broader SEO services.
E-commerce SEO First Page Digital and SEO With Senthil Both publish e-commerce-focused SEO materials and relevant examples.

SEO with clearly advertised package options MediaOne, Verz Design and SEO With Senthil All three publish multiple SEO package prices and inclusions.

These are recommendations based on publicly described services and suitability, not proof that one agency will deliver better rankings than another.

1. MediaOne — Full-Service SEO for Singapore Businesses

Best for: SMEs, established companies, e-commerce brands and enterprises that need technical SEO, content optimisation and ongoing strategy.

Starting price: S$350/month for SEO Subscription; S$850/month for Starter.

Website: MediaOne SEO Services

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 1

MediaOne is an established Singapore digital marketing agency offering SEO services across different business sizes and industries.

Its services cover technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research, content development, local SEO, e-commerce SEO and international search.

This makes MediaOne worth considering for companies that want more comprehensive SEO support rather than a campaign focused only on tracking keywords.

For example, a business might already have well-written service pages but struggle with indexing problems. Another might have a technically healthy website but lack content targeting commercially relevant searches.

These situations require different solutions, and MediaOne publicly describes services covering both.

MediaOne’s SEO Approach

MediaOne’s SEO offering combines several areas of optimisation.

Technical SEO covers website audits, crawlability, indexing, internal linking, redirects and site architecture. These activities help search engines discover and understand important pages while identifying issues that may limit organic visibility.

get ROI for google and social ads from mediaone

On-page and content SEO includes keyword research, metadata optimisation, page improvements and content creation. The objective is to make pages more useful and relevant to the searches potential customers perform.

Local SEO focuses on location-based searches and Google Business Profile optimisation, while international SEO addresses businesses targeting multiple markets or languages.

MediaOne also offers enterprise SEO services for larger websites that require technical coordination, content planning and ongoing implementation.

One useful aspect of this broader service range is that businesses can discuss different SEO requirements with the same provider. However, the actual services and implementation responsibilities still depend on the agreed package.

MediaOne SEO Packages and Pricing

MediaOne publishes several SEO pricing options on its official website.

SEO Package Published Monthly Price Selected Advertised Inclusions
SEO Subscription From S$350 SEO team access, flexible subscription, monthly reporting, dedicated account support and AI-powered tools
Starter From S$850 Up to 20 target keywords, on-page optimisation, monthly reporting and Google Business Profile support
Growth From S$1,245 Up to 50 target keywords, technical SEO audit, four articles monthly, link-building campaigns and dedicated account management
Enterprise From S$3,550 Unlimited target keywords as advertised, technical SEO overhaul, 12 articles monthly, AI-powered campaign management and quarterly strategy sessions

Having multiple published entry points is helpful for businesses comparing budgets.

A smaller company that needs foundational SEO may not require the content volume or technical resources associated with a larger campaign. Meanwhile, a business with several markets or a substantial website may benefit from an engagement with more extensive technical and content support.

The important distinction is that MediaOne’s S$350 subscription shouldn’t automatically be treated as equivalent to a full managed SEO retainer.

MediaOne’s SEO Experience and Case Studies

MediaOne’s published materials describe experience across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, retail and enterprise services.

For Travelodge Hotels Asia, its hospitality SEO material discusses international search targeting, multilingual considerations and website content organisation. These are relevant SEO challenges for hotel groups serving visitors from different countries.

Its healthcare SEO material also discusses SingHealth, including content organisation, site hierarchy and technical discoverability. Healthcare websites can contain large amounts of overlapping information, making clear navigation and page structure particularly important.

MediaOne also references work involving retail and e-commerce brands, where search optimisation may involve category pages, product information and commercially relevant keywords.

These examples demonstrate the types of projects MediaOne publicly describes handling. We’re not reproducing historical performance percentages because the underlying campaign measurements were not independently checked for this comparison.

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 2

Another part of MediaOne’s offering is its proprietary Digimetrics.ai platform.

MediaOne positions Digimetrics as an AI-enabled system supporting SEO analysis, content optimisation and digital marketing workflows.

Such tools can help teams identify issues and organise recommendations, although their value depends on how accurately the findings are reviewed and implemented.

MediaOne also provides other digital marketing services, which may be useful for businesses coordinating organic search with paid advertising, website development or broader marketing activities.

Why MediaOne Deserves Consideration

MediaOne’s strongest advantages in this comparison are its broad SEO service offering, published package options, technical and content capabilities, and experience with different types of websites.

It also gives prospective customers several starting budgets to investigate rather than requiring every buyer to begin with an entirely custom quotation.

These are meaningful reasons to shortlist MediaOne, particularly for businesses looking for comprehensive SEO support.

They are not, however, independent proof that MediaOne outperforms every other Singapore SEO agency.

What to check before hiring: Ask which services are included in your selected package, who will implement technical changes, and what the first 90 days of work will look like.

2. First Page Digital — SEO for E-commerce and Competitive Industries

Best for: E-commerce businesses, established websites and companies competing for high-value commercial searches.

Published starting price: From S$1,800/month.

Website: First Page Digital SEO Services

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 3

First Page Digital offers SEO services covering keyword research, technical optimisation, content SEO, link building and local search.

Its offering may appeal to businesses with larger websites or competitive product categories where improving a few keywords isn’t enough.

For an e-commerce website, SEO often involves several connected tasks: making category pages relevant to customer searches, improving internal links, preventing similar pages from competing with one another and ensuring important product information can be crawled.

First Page Digital discusses these areas in its public SEO services and case studies.

SEO Services and Approach

First Page Digital’s website describes a combination of technical, content and off-page SEO.

Its technical work covers issues that affect search engines’ access to website pages. Content optimisation focuses on making pages relevant to search intent, while link-related activities aim to support the site’s broader search authority.

The agency also offers services beyond SEO, which can be relevant for businesses that need coordinated digital marketing campaigns.

What Its Published Case Studies Show

A useful SEO-focused example is First Page Digital’s Allinton case study.

The case discusses challenges involving website navigation, content cannibalisation and internal linking.

Content cannibalisation happens when several pages on the same website compete for similar searches. This can make it harder for search engines to identify which page should be prioritised.

First Page describes working on page clarity, content alignment and the distribution of internal linking authority.

These are genuine SEO activities that businesses with large catalogues or overlapping service pages may need to address.

We haven’t used the case’s reported financial outcomes because this comparison focuses on SEO work and publicly advertised packages rather than client revenue figures.

SEO Packages and Pricing

First Page Digital’s official SEO page advertises packages starting from S$1,800/month.

The website describes technical SEO, content optimisation, link building and other search activities. However, the exact deliverables may vary with the campaign.

Buyers should request a clear explanation of content allowances, implementation responsibilities and ongoing reporting.

What to check before hiring: Ask how the agency would prioritise your highest-value pages and whether technical fixes and content production are included in the monthly fee.

3. OOm — Structured SEO Campaigns for Singapore Businesses

Best for: SMEs, established Singapore companies and businesses seeking local or broader organic search visibility.

Published SEO starting price: Not publicly disclosed in the official SEO pages reviewed.

get edge marketing grant funding

Website: OOm SEO Services

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 4

OOm is a Singapore digital marketing agency established in 2006, offering SEO alongside paid search, content, web development and other services.

Its SEO offering includes keyword research, on-page optimisation, content strategy, technical SEO, link building and performance reporting.

For businesses without an established SEO process, a structured service covering these activities may be useful.

SEO Services and Approach

OOm’s public materials discuss improving content relevance, keyword visibility and technical website performance.

Its services address common problems such as poor keyword targeting, indexing issues, duplicate content, site performance and weak page optimisation.

The agency also offers local and international SEO support, which may be relevant for businesses operating in different geographic markets.

What Its Published Case Studies Show

One of OOm’s SEO examples involves Soon Bee Huat, a Singapore flooring and tile business.

The official case study describes a coordinated SEO and content strategy designed to improve keyword visibility and expand coverage of relevant search topics.

OOm reports that 19 of its 20 selected keywords reached Page 1 of Google during the campaign.

That gives readers a defined set of tracked keywords rather than a vague statement about ranking improvements.

However, it is still worth asking which searches were targeted and how relevant those searches were to the business’s products.

This doesn’t undermine the published example. It simply helps prospective customers understand what a similar SEO campaign might involve.

SEO Packages and Pricing

OOm provides information about SEO services and campaign options, but we did not establish a specific monthly price for an agency-owned SEO retainer from the official pages reviewed.

Its general SEO pricing guidance should not be confused with a quotation for OOm’s own services.

What to check before hiring: Ask for the monthly fee, content allowances, targeted pages or keywords, technical deliverables and minimum contract term.

4. Verz Design — SEO for Website Redesigns and Technical Improvements

Best for: Businesses redesigning their websites, changing content management systems or requiring technical SEO alongside development.

Published starting price: From S$900/month.

Website: Verz Design SEO Packages

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 5

Verz Design combines website development services with SEO, making it a relevant option for businesses whose organic search problems involve website structure and implementation.

SEO becomes particularly important during a redesign or migration.

Changing URLs, page templates, navigation or content without a proper plan can affect how search engines access existing pages. A successful redesign should therefore consider search visibility from the beginning.

SEO Services and Approach

Verz advertises keyword research, technical health checks, on-page optimisation, content work, internal linking and off-page SEO.

Its services also cover Google Business Profile optimisation and AI-search-related activities.

A useful published example is its Shook Lin website project, which describes a move from Joomla to WordPress alongside ongoing SEO work.

For buyers planning a similar project, the practical questions involve redirects, content preservation, site structure and monitoring after launch.

These details matter more than assuming that a new website design will automatically improve rankings.

SEO Packages and Pricing

Verz publishes three main SEO packages.

Package Published Monthly Price Selected Inclusions
Essentials From S$900 20 local keywords, two articles, technical health checks and a six-month commitment
Growth From S$1,200 30 commercial keywords, four articles, one pillar page and AI-search optimisation
Elite From S$3,500 100 keywords, broader AI-search services and customised reporting

The Growth package advertises a 12-month commitment, while Elite terms should be confirmed based on the proposed scope.

What to check before hiring: If you’re redesigning a website, clarify who handles redirects, technical implementation, pre-launch checks and post-launch search monitoring.

5. Brew Interactive — Content-Led SEO for B2B Companies

Best for: B2B businesses, professional services and organisations incorporating SEO into a broader marketing strategy.

Published SEO starting price: Not publicly disclosed in the official SEO pages reviewed.

Website: Brew Interactive SEO Services

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 6

Brew Interactive offers search engine optimisation alongside content marketing, paid media and other digital marketing services.

Its approach may appeal to organisations with longer buying journeys, where potential customers research problems and compare solutions before contacting a provider.

In those situations, SEO isn’t only about attracting visitors. It’s also about creating useful pages for different stages of the customer’s decision-making process.

SEO Services and Approach

Brew describes keyword research, technical SEO, content optimisation, on-page improvements, authority building and reporting as parts of its search offering.

The agency also discusses fixed-fee SEO work rather than relying entirely on the number of keywords targeted.

This can be relevant for businesses that need wider topic coverage instead of a narrow list of tracked phrases.

For example, a B2B company might need technical service pages, comparison content, educational resources and industry-specific landing pages. All of these can contribute to its organic search strategy.

What to Look for in Brew’s SEO Work

Brew publishes integrated marketing case studies, but these do not always separate SEO-specific outcomes from results involving paid advertising and other channels.

For this comparison, we have therefore focused on its publicly described SEO services rather than presenting integrated campaign outcomes as SEO results.

That distinction is worth making whenever businesses compare full-service marketing agencies.

SEO Packages and Pricing

Brew advertises a fixed-fee approach to SEO but does not provide a comparable published monthly SEO retainer amount in the official service material reviewed.

What to check before hiring: Ask for an SEO-specific proposal showing the monthly content work, technical tasks, implementation support and reporting included in the fixed fee.

6. Impossible Marketing — Local SEO and SME-Focused Services

Best for: Local service businesses, SMEs and companies seeking ongoing search optimisation.

Published starting price: From S$1,099/month.

Website: Impossible Marketing SEO Services

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 7

Impossible Marketing offers SEO services covering on-page optimisation, technical SEO, keyword research, content work and off-page optimisation.

Its services may appeal to Singapore businesses that rely on organic search to attract enquiries for specific products or services.

For example, a clinic or local service provider needs more than generic website traffic. Its website should have relevant service pages, clear location information and useful content matching the searches potential customers perform.

SEO Services and Approach

Impossible Marketing’s public materials discuss search audits, keyword planning, on-page optimisation and link-related activities.

Its broader digital marketing services also include other channels, although buyers should confirm which activities are covered by a specific SEO package.

The agency publishes a collection of examples across different types of businesses, including local service industries.

For this comparison, we’ve avoided repeating case-study performance claims that could not be independently reconciled. Instead, the focus is on the SEO services and technical activities the agency publicly offers.

SEO Packages and Pricing

Impossible Marketing advertises SEO packages starting from S$1,099/month on its official SEO service page.

The agency describes comprehensive SEO support, but exact deliverables and commitments should be confirmed in a quotation.

It also advertises grant-related digital marketing solutions, although grant eligibility applies to specific qualifying packages and not automatically to every SEO retainer.

What to check before hiring: Clarify whether content creation, Google Business Profile work, technical implementation and link-related activities are included in the quoted fee.

7. SEO With Senthil — Specialist-Led SEO and E-commerce Optimisation

Best for: SMEs, online retailers and businesses that prefer a specialist-led SEO service.

Published starting price: From S$1,600/month.

Website: SEO With Senthil Packages

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 8

SEO With Senthil focuses on organic search optimisation, content strategy, technical improvements and authority building.

Its public approach places considerable emphasis on targeting searches relevant to customers’ purchasing decisions rather than simply increasing keyword counts.

This can be useful for businesses that want to prioritise product, category and service pages.

SEO Services and Approach

The agency describes keyword research, keyword-to-page mapping, technical SEO fixes, content development, backlink-related activities and local search optimisation.

Its higher-tier packages also include AI-search optimisation and additional media-related services.

For businesses comparing providers, one important distinction is its asset-credit system.

Instead of assuming every package includes the same number of articles and links, clients need to understand how their monthly credits are allocated.

What Its Published Case Studies Show

SEO With Senthil publishes e-commerce SEO examples involving businesses such as Floristique and Sunday Bedding.

These examples discuss search strategies for commercial pages and the importance of targeting relevant customer searches.

We’re not including client revenue figures in this comparison, as our focus is the agency’s SEO services, campaign approach and package structure.

SEO Packages and Pricing

Package Published Monthly Price Selected Features
Build S$1,600 Two asset credits, keyword research, basic technical fixes, reporting and strategy calls
Accelerate S$2,900 Three asset credits, broader content options, technical and local SEO activities
Dominate S$4,900 Seven asset credits, additional technical and AI-search work, and expanded media options
Custom Quotation required Tailored requirements for larger or more complex websites

The agency explains that the Build package uses credits for backlinks and selected media placements, while higher tiers allow credits to be used for additional content and other assets.

What to check before hiring: Ask exactly how credits are used, how many articles or links are included, and who will implement the technical recommendations.

8. Digitrio — Page-Led SEO and Technical Optimisation

Best for: SMEs and businesses interested in improving important website pages rather than focusing exclusively on a fixed keyword list.

Published starting price: From S$1,000/month.

Website: Digitrio SEO Packages

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 9

Digitrio offers SEO services covering keyword research, technical optimisation, on-page improvements, content-related work and link building.

Its public materials discuss a page-led approach, where businesses focus on improving pages relevant to multiple related searches.

This can make sense for websites with several products or services because one well-organised page may be useful for more than one search phrase.

SEO Services and Approach

Digitrio’s advertised activities include keyword research, URL and heading optimisation, content improvements, sitemap and robots.txt checks, redirect work and internal linking.

It also lists analytics setup, reporting and authority-related services.

The emphasis on technical and page-level improvements makes Digitrio worth considering for businesses whose websites need a more structured SEO foundation.

As with any agency, the exact work completed will depend on the campaign scope and existing website problems.

SEO Packages and Pricing

Digitrio publishes a Comprehensive SEO Package from S$1,000/month, starting from 30 keywords and advertising a minimum six-month commitment.

Its pricing page lists keyword research, analytics, on-page SEO, technical improvements and off-page activities.

The page also mentions content-related services, but buyers should confirm actual writing quantities and whether new content is included in the selected quotation.

What to check before hiring: Clarify the content scope, minimum contract period, technical implementation responsibilities and the measures used to report progress.

9. Heroes of Digital — SEO with Wider Digital Marketing Support

Best for: Businesses combining SEO with paid advertising, local search and broader customer acquisition.

Published SEO starting price: Not publicly disclosed in the official pricing pages reviewed.

Website: Heroes of Digital SEO Pricing Guide

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 10

Heroes of Digital provides SEO services alongside other digital marketing activities.

Its public SEO offering includes technical optimisation, content strategy, local search, authority building and reporting.

The agency also describes AI-search-related services and the use of its HeroIQ platform for marketing analysis and performance measurement.

SEO Services and Approach

Heroes of Digital’s public materials discuss technical and on-page SEO as well as the importance of relevant content and search visibility.

One SEO-related example is its Soon Bee Huat case study.

The case discusses technical problems involving different website versions being indexed, along with sitemap and robots.txt issues.

These are directly relevant SEO concerns because technical configuration can affect which website pages search engines crawl and index.

The case is also presented alongside other marketing services, so we have not attributed any integrated campaign outcomes solely to SEO.

SEO Packages and Pricing

Heroes of Digital publishes general guidance about SEO pricing in Singapore. However, that guidance discusses market costs rather than stating a fixed monthly retainer for a specific Heroes SEO package.

We therefore list its own SEO package price as not publicly disclosed in the pages reviewed.

What to check before hiring: Ask for a proposal clearly separating SEO deliverables from paid advertising, content or other services, including who will implement technical work.

What Our Investigation Found About SEO Agency Transparency

We’ve now compared what the agencies offer. But how much information can a prospective customer actually verify before speaking to their sales team?

This is where our original research becomes useful.

Rather than simply repeating agency descriptions, we examined publicly available case studies, SEO packages, website information and review records.

Finding 1: Google Reviews Don’t Always Reflect SEO Work

Google reviews can help identify potential customer-service experiences, but their star ratings don’t always tell you which service was purchased.

We examined 91 displayed Google Maps review records across ten listings associated with the nine agencies.

The sample included the newest displayed records available in the original research capture. It was not a representative survey of the agencies’ entire customer bases.

Here’s what our classification found:

Primary Service Mentioned Review Records Share
SEO 17 18.7%
Website design or hosting 11 12.1%
Paid advertising 3 3.3%
Training 5 5.5%
Consultation or audit 7 7.7%
Unclear or mixed services 48 52.7%
Total 91 100%

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 11

Figure: MediaOne’s classification of sampled Google Maps reviews captured on 23 October 2026. The findings describe the records in this sample, not each agency’s overall client base.

Only 17 records were primarily about SEO. Four additional records explicitly discussed a mixture of SEO and paid advertising.

That doesn’t mean agencies with fewer SEO-specific reviews perform worse. It means their public star ratings may reflect experiences involving several different services.

For instance, a positive review from someone who attended a digital marketing course tells you something different from a review describing twelve months of SEO account management.

We also found that the written comments occasionally contained more nuance than the ratings suggested, including positive comments attached to lower star ratings and constructive concerns within five-star reviews.

What this means for buyers: Read the actual feedback, identify which service was reviewed, and ask for a recent reference from a customer who purchased similar SEO services.

Finding 2: Public Case Studies Often Leave Questions Unanswered

A case study can be useful without containing every possible measurement.

However, when comparing SEO agencies, it helps to know what work was performed, when it happened and how the result was measured.

In our original audit, we applied six public-evidence checks to one selected case example per agency, using separate official pricing material where available.

The checks considered whether the selected material provided a named client, exact reporting dates, numerical starting and ending values, an organic-search measure, a commercial outcome and an agency-owned SEO price.

That produced 54 research decisions across nine agencies.

One notable finding was that only one of the original nine selected case examples contained exact calendar comparison windows for its measured result.

That doesn’t mean the other agencies lacked useful results or that the dates were unavailable privately. It means the chosen public examples did not establish the same level of reporting detail.

9 Best SEO Agencies in Singapore Compared: Pricing, Services and Transparency 12

Figure: Original October 2026 public-evidence audit. This evaluates disclosure in a fixed selection of sources, not actual agency performance. The published-price column should be refreshed to reflect subsequently verified official offers, including First Page Digital’s current starting price.

This research matters because an agency comparison should not treat every headline result as directly comparable.

For example, an improvement in keyword rankings measures something different from an increase in organic traffic. Neither metric, by itself, establishes how many paying customers were acquired.

Our original six-point research register remains useful as a record of what was examined. However, because the publication draft has since changed and additional official pricing information was found, it should be presented as a dated research snapshot rather than a current performance ranking.

Finding 3: Two Agencies Can Publish SEO Work for the Same Client

One detail worth highlighting is that OOm and Heroes of Digital both publish SEO-related work involving Soon Bee Huat.

OOm’s material discusses keyword targeting, content and search visibility. Heroes of Digital’s case discusses technical configuration, including duplicate website versions and sitemap-related issues.

These examples illustrate an important point: different agencies may perform different types of SEO work for the same business.

Without matching campaign dates and scopes, it’s inappropriate to assume they were doing the same work or to declare one campaign better.

For prospective customers, the useful lesson is to ask what the agency actually did.

Did it fix technical issues? Improve page content? Restructure navigation? Build supporting content? Or handle several of these activities together?

Understanding the tasks is often more helpful than comparing large headline percentages.

Finding 4: Package Prices Can Be Public Without Being Easy to Find

We also made one browser-assisted research pass through each of the nine agency websites on 23 October 2026.

We looked for three things: an SEO case example, a monthly SEO price and an explanation of the services provided.

All nine observed routes surfaced some form of example and service information, while four revealed an agency-owned SEO price during those specific navigation passes. An additional package page was identified separately during the wider research.

Since those original tests, we have verified further official pricing information, including First Page Digital’s advertised S$1,800 starting price.

The website-navigation findings and the updated pricing comparison therefore represent two different research stages.

The navigation test wasn’t a controlled human usability study, and a price not found on one route should not be interpreted as proof that it wasn’t published elsewhere.

Still, the exercise illustrates something useful for buyers: public information can exist without being immediately obvious from an agency’s main SEO service page.

About Our Supporting Research

The investigation used one selected case example per agency, a fixed evidence checklist, selected Google Maps review records and browser-assisted website checks.

It was conducted by one researcher, without private analytics access or independent authentication of reviewers.

The supporting research workbook contains the 54 evidence decisions, official source links, website-navigation findings and aggregated review classifications.

The underlying individual 91-review records were not included in the available publication materials, so the full review coding cannot currently be independently reproduced from the workbook alone.

How Much Should You Budget for SEO in Singapore?

SEO costs vary substantially depending on competition, website size, technical requirements and content needs.

A small local business may need help optimising a few key service pages. An established e-commerce business might require technical improvements across hundreds of products and categories.

The following ranges provide a general budgeting guide.

Typical Monthly Budget What It May Include Suitable For
S$800–S$1,500 Keyword research, basic on-page SEO, local optimisation, limited technical work and reporting Smaller local businesses
S$1,500–S$3,500 Broader keyword research, content optimisation or creation, technical improvements and ongoing reporting Growing SMEs
S$3,500–S$10,000 Larger content programmes, deeper technical implementation, e-commerce SEO and more extensive reporting Competitive industries and larger websites
S$10,000+ International SEO, enterprise-wide technical work, multiple websites or markets and extensive specialist support Large organisations and enterprises

These are illustrative planning bands, not mandatory industry-standard package definitions. Individual agency offers can fall outside these ranges.

What Actually Affects the Monthly Retainer?

Let’s say two agencies quote S$2,000 a month.

One package includes content creation, on-page optimisation and technical implementation. Another mainly provides keyword tracking, recommendations and monthly reports, leaving your developers responsible for the changes.

The prices are the same, but the scope is very different.

This is why it matters to confirm content quantities, technical responsibilities, off-page activities, GST, contract terms and reporting before signing.

A S$2,000 monthly package over a 12-month commitment costs S$24,000 before additional charges. That’s enough money to justify understanding every major deliverable.

Our advice: Choose the package that addresses your website’s needs, not simply the one offering the highest keyword count.

Can You Use the EDGE Grant for SEO in Singapore?

Eligible Singapore businesses may receive government support for certain qualifying digital solutions, including some pre-approved digital marketing packages.

The EDGE Grant began accepting applications on 30 September 2026, replacing the earlier PSG, EDG and MRA schemes for new applications.

Depending on the activity and business eligibility, SMEs may receive up to 50% support for qualifying costs.

However, not every SEO package or agency retainer automatically qualifies.

Which Agencies Advertise EDGE-Related Digital Marketing Packages?

Among the nine agencies reviewed, three publicly describe relevant pre-approved digital marketing solutions.

Agency Publicly Advertised Grant-Related Solution
MediaOne DM MediaOne SEO / SEM / SMM / SMA Digital Marketing Boost Up Version 3
OOm Digital Performance Marketing Package
Impossible Marketing Digital marketing solution involving SEO, AI SEO and other marketing services

These are agency-published claims. The exact solution’s approval status, included services and eligibility should be confirmed through the appropriate government programme before a purchase is made.

get ai citation and mentions tracking

For the other six agencies, we did not establish equivalent current pre-approved solution details from the selected sources. That does not mean they are ineligible or have no qualifying packages.

Who May Qualify for EDGE Support?

General criteria include Singapore business registration and at least 30% Singaporean or Permanent Resident ownership.

The relevant activity and selected solution must also meet the applicable programme requirements.

Enterprise Singapore describes an overall annual EDGE support ceiling of S$100,000, with smaller sub-limits applying to certain digitalisation activities.

These funding ceilings should not be interpreted as an automatic grant amount available for SEO.

Businesses should also confirm application timing and payment requirements before committing to any project.

For authoritative guidance, visit Enterprise Singapore’s EDGE Grant page.

Our advice: Grant eligibility can influence the affordability of a qualifying project, but it should not be the sole reason for choosing an SEO agency.

What Should You Check Before Hiring an SEO Agency?

Once you’ve identified two or three relevant agencies, request written proposals using the same requirements.

A useful proposal should answer several practical questions.

  1. What work will be completed in the first 90 days? Ask for clear priorities, deliverables and responsibilities.
  2. Who implements technical SEO fixes? Some agencies provide recommendations while others may handle development work within the agreed scope.
  3. Does the price include content writing? Confirm the number of articles, landing pages or other assets provided.
  4. How are keywords and pages selected? Prioritise commercially relevant searches instead of choosing by keyword quantity alone.
  5. What does link building involve? Ask how links are selected, what methods are used and what reporting is provided.
  6. What are the contract terms? Confirm the minimum commitment, payment schedule, GST, renewal and cancellation conditions.
  7. What will the reports show? Rankings are useful, but the reporting should also explain completed work, search visibility and relevant business enquiries where measurement is available.

The objective isn’t to choose an agency that promises the fastest results. It’s to find one whose plan fits your website and whose team can explain the work clearly.

So, Which SEO Agency Should You Choose?

There isn’t one agency that will be the best fit for every Singapore business.

If you need e-commerce SEO, First Page Digital and SEO With Senthil are worth comparing for their published retail-focused work.

If you’re redesigning a website or handling technical SEO challenges, Verz Design and MediaOne have relevant published capabilities.

For local SEO and SME-focused campaigns, OOm and Impossible Marketing offer services worth examining.

Brew Interactive and Heroes of Digital may be useful options for organisations that want SEO alongside a broader digital marketing strategy, while Digitrio offers a page-led SEO approach with published entry pricing.

MediaOne is also a strong option for businesses looking for comprehensive SEO support, particularly those that value a broad service offering, transparent starting packages and the ability to coordinate technical, content and strategic SEO work.

Its breadth of services and published packages justify serious consideration, although they do not independently establish that it outperforms every other agency.

Ultimately, the right agency should be able to show you a clear plan, explain its responsibilities and provide a package that makes sense for your business.

Not Sure What’s Holding Your Website Back?

Before committing to an SEO retainer, it helps to understand what may be limiting your website’s visibility.

MediaOne offers a free website SEO audit tool that can highlight optimisation issues and provide recommendations involving page content, metadata, headings and selected technical elements.

That gives you a practical starting point for identifying what to improve before deciding on professional SEO support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Is the Best SEO Agency in Singapore in 2026?

The best agency depends on your business’s requirements, website complexity, budget and preferred delivery model.

Compare relevant SEO services, published packages, implementation responsibilities and proposals rather than relying only on a ranked list.

How Much Does SEO Cost Per Month in Singapore?

Many managed SEO campaigns fall into broad monthly budget ranges of approximately S1,000toS4,000, although entry-level subscriptions can cost less and enterprise programmes can cost substantially more.

The actual price depends on the scope of work. Check whether content, technical implementation and other services are included.

How Long Does SEO Take to Show Results in Singapore?

Some technical fixes and improvements to existing pages may have an impact within weeks, while more competitive keywords and broader organic growth usually require several months.

Businesses should generally plan for a sustained campaign rather than expect immediate results. Three to six months or longer is a reasonable planning expectation for many situations, but outcomes vary and no specific ranking is guaranteed.

Are Google Reviews Reliable for Choosing an SEO Agency?

Google reviews are useful, but read the actual comments.

Our sample of 91 displayed records included reviews about training, web design, advertising and other services. Only 17 were primarily about SEO.

A good rating alone doesn’t establish the quality of a long-term SEO engagement.

What Should an SEO Package Include?

Depending on your needs, a package may cover keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, content creation, off-page activities and reporting.

Ask which services are included, how much work is delivered monthly and whether the agency implements its recommendations.

Does a Higher SEO Retainer Mean Better Results?

Not necessarily.

A more expensive package may include more specialists, content or technical implementation, but the best choice is the one that addresses your website’s actual needs.

Compare deliverables and responsibilities before deciding.

Can I Use the EDGE Grant for Any SEO Agency?

No. Grant support applies only where the business, project and specific solution meet the relevant programme requirements.

Confirm current eligibility and approval status before making a payment or starting work.

Does AI Search Optimisation Replace SEO?

No. AI-search visibility and GEO-related work can complement conventional SEO, but accessible websites, relevant content, sound technical foundations and useful information remain important.

Ask agencies how they measure AI-search visibility rather than accepting guaranteed placement claims.
