MediaOne Business Group Pte Ltd (“MediaOne”) is committed to building a workplace and working environment where everyone is treated fairly, respectfully, and with dignity. We make decisions based on merit, business needs, and role requirements, and we do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or retaliation of any kind.
This policy applies to all MediaOne employees, job applicants, interns, contractors, agency staff, and anyone engaged by or representing MediaOne. It also applies to workplace-related interactions that occur outside the office, including client sites, events, business travel, online meetings, and work communications platforms.
MediaOne provides equal opportunity in recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, promotion, and separation. We do not discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics recognised under applicable laws and recognised fair employment principles, which may include age, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, caregiving responsibilities, disability, mental health condition, family responsibilities, or any other status protected by law. Where a role has genuine, job-related requirements, MediaOne may apply those requirements fairly and consistently.
Harassment is not acceptable in any form. This includes unwelcome conduct, comments, jokes, messages, imagery, bullying, intimidation, or any behaviour that a reasonable person would consider hostile, humiliating, or offensive, whether it occurs in person or through digital channels. Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.
MediaOne will consider reasonable adjustments for individuals with disabilities and for other recognised needs where appropriate, taking into account job requirements and operational practicality. Our aim is to remove barriers so people can perform effectively and participate fully.
Raising a concern is safe and encouraged. Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination or harassment should report it as soon as possible. Reports can be made to a direct manager, the People/HR function, or senior management. MediaOne will handle reports as confidentially as practicable, investigate promptly and fairly, and take appropriate action where misconduct is found. Retaliation against anyone who makes a report in good faith, participates in an investigation, or supports another person in raising a concern is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
This policy also guides how we work with clients, vendors, and partners. MediaOne expects professional conduct from all parties in MediaOne-led engagements. If inappropriate behaviour occurs in a client or vendor setting, MediaOne may take steps to protect our team, including escalating the matter, changing working arrangements, or ending the engagement where necessary.
MediaOne reviews this policy periodically to ensure it remains aligned with applicable laws and fair employment practices. For questions about this policy, or to raise a concern, please contact MediaOne’s People/HR team via the contact details on our website.
