Review 1 | A home away from home with the service rendered from the hearts of all the employees here. You will never felt nobody in this hotel due to the concern of the people working in this hotel. If you want to make your vacation a joyful and hard to forget, come and stay here. You will certainly feel at home. |
Review 2 | From start to finish, my experience at the Singapore Ritz was absolutely flawlessly executed. This property provided one of the highest levels of customer service that I have ever experienced at a Ritz property. I knew I was in the right place when the staff offered to pack me a “to go” breakfast for my flight early next morning. Almost as important as the service, were the views. Absolutely stunning! Recommend getting a marina view on a high floor. It’s worth it! |
Review 3 | It’s a Five Star Hotel. We had buffet dinner at $88 per head and if it’s your birthday, they will give you a mini cake, lighted with a candle and sing to you too. 🤗🤗🤗 There’s a large selection of food, some cooked on request. Highly recommended. 👍 |

Review 1 | Top luxury hotel, but really expensive compared to what you get. If you want to go on the rooftop to enjoy the view, you have to spend minimum one night here. I would take another 5-star hotel around and take a cheap taxi to the mall, casino and Garden by the Bay and skip a night here. |
Review 2 | Fabulous hotel, staffed by great people. everything about this place is awesome, it deserves its iconic status. Our room was exceptional; clean, well appointed, nicely furnished (it had two TVs!) and the view was incredible. Pay the extra for a high floor and marina bay view, you won’t be disappointed. Guests have exclusive access to the infinity pool on level 57. It does get busy, especially in the afternoon, but it is open from 6am to 11pm so there are quieter times to visit. NB the pool is not heated and can be chilly! The pool bartenders are so nice and attentive. I would’ve relaxed here all day but the amazing views of Singapore beckon you. The concierge team also deserve a mention. Welcoming, informative and really helpful about the hotel and Singapore in general. Ask them anything, they have the answer! We loved our stay here, the whole experience was amazing. |
Review 3 | Stayed here in 2019 and absolutely loved it. Definitely expensive, but worth the splurge. The rooftop pool was awesome and the food at the hotel was great as well. Wish we had more time to explore the hotel as we only stayed there 2 days. Can’t wait to go back. |

Review 1 | I appreciate the innovative way to send daily warm messages and efforts to make us feel as comfortable as possible. My requests to be more environmental friendly (no cutlery needed, no change of weekly bedsheets needed or 3x/week fresh towels required) were heard and much appreciated. If these suggestions were to be mentioned in a note to other patrons, it could also change their behaviours of being environment friendly. Keep it up. |
Review 2 | Room was clean and comfortable. Kid’s amenities provided were appreciated, including toothbrushes, slippers and even cleansing gel. Swimming pool and hot tub jacuzzi were nice, and the cold water counter was a bonus for hot afternoons. Buds playground was good too, though a little limited for my older boy (something to consider if your kids are above 6 years old). The indoor playground really caters to smaller kids. Outdoor wet/dry play areas were closed so that wasn’t too great for my boys who were looking forward to that. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was good quality and of adequate variety. Only bummer was that my wife and I had a bout of diarrhea after the dinner buffet – our guess was that it could have been the raw seafood since our kids were OK (raw seafood were the only items they didn’t consume). |
Review 3 | The grandchildren rated the experience as “the best holiday” they have had. The family rooms were a delight and very comfortable. There were many amenities that made the youngest family member equally as well cared for. The themed children’s rooms are a real treat for the young ones. Our housekeeper who took care of the rooms was a very pleasant and attentive young woman who must be commended. All our dining experiences were a delight, and the team at BUDS and Candy at BUDS Bakery were fabulous! Thank you Team Shangri-La Singapore! |

Review 1 | This is the most amazing property to have for a luxurious holiday. Built during 1800 and was restored back in 1870. The Royal interior, extravagant exterior, amazing views from the room and the great hospitality will won the hearts of everyone. |
Review 2 | Truly a 5 star plus hotel with all the trimmings of grandeur. The rooms were unique because the building was a post office before, it is spacious, elegantly furnished and tastefully equipped. The breakfast is awesome with lots of quality food and basically a breakfast paradise. The service is immaculate throughout the hotel from the doorman, front desk, room service and general waiting staff. Totally enjoyable stay and experience. |
Review 3 | Beautiful antique. This place wa decorated with beautiful red flowers for the Chinese New year. The staff was very kind. The women bartenders made the best Singapore Sling. They served fried fish skin and honey baked glazed corn flakes with nuts with our drink. Service was outstanding. |

Review 1 | Oozing with class the moment u enter. Tasteful decor all around, exhibits grandeur. Killer location near Orchard Road. Chinese restaurant apparently is famous for food quality. Judging from the dishes I ate yesterday, it certainly does not disappoint. |
Review 2 | I checked in at the Four Seasons Hotel on the day of my birthday. Thank you guys at the reception for my birthday cake and your hospitality, Thanks you the guys at the concierge for giving me the directions to the botanical gardens where I saw a beautiful sculpture from my country Zimbabwe. Thank you to the guys at the pool for my lemon water (specially made for me ). A special mention and thanks to Karen for my lovely birthday present. (I love jade). to the guys at the door thank you so much for getting taxis and reminding me to drink water after my run. Will definitely be back, I felt at home and cant wait to experience your country a bit more. |
Review 3 | What a fantastic hotel Food was fantastic, especially breakfast. Staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. Gym well equipped. Two pools. One for families one for swimmers. Located at the top of Orchard Road so easy for shopping. A 10 minute walk (mostly underground) to the subway station links the hotel with the Marina Bay, Little India and China Town. The hotel manager took the time to talk to us to find out if our stay was as expected. It certainly exceeded our expectations. If I come back to Singapore I will stay here. Every hotel that I stay in from this point onwards will be compared to this one. Highly recommended. |

Review 1 | Had a great time with the hotel. The room is full of natural light, bath room is clean, breakfast was great, mini bar is included for my stay. I had a great lunch at the Sun Room, must order the Rib and fish, I cant remember the name but it was very delicious and fresh. I’d love to go back again. |
Review 2 | My personal favourite hotel in Singapore. I’m a big fan of the architecture of the building as well as the design of the rooms and internal areas. Often in new hotels the rooms are quite small but this one they have kept them big which is great. Big fan of the decor. Service is friendly and attentive; breakfast selection is great. Amazing rooftop bar that you get great views of the city and is the perfect place to catch up with friends or colleagues. For fitness, their gym is really not very good but what is great is that as a guest you can visit the nearby Virgin Active Gym at no additional cost. So long as keep offering this, it will be on the top of my list each time I visit Singapore. |
Review 3 | Am glad we managed to do a staycation @andazsingapore before stricter measures were implemented. Yes, we can’t do #sgstaycation until #circuitbreaker is over now. The spacious room with an amazing bay view, decorated in warm tones and complimentary mini bar, make us want to stay in and chill all day. We gotten one with connecting doors which made it easy for us to “party” at night. Even the common area was so cozy, plus stock with drinks and snacks! Not to forget those delicious waffles available during breakfast. So good we went for third helping. |

Review 1 | Rooms were clean and luxurious. Fully equipped gym. Pool with a great view of the skyline. Great location, connected underground to Suntec City and partly to the Marina Square. Special thanks to Laura the interim, and Angie the manager whom were very helpful with retrieving my bag which I left in the taxi upon arrival at Marriott. |
Review 2 | I loved this hotel and Marriott in general. I have been a fan since staying at the Marriott near my home in Santa Clara CA, and even have great memories of the adjacent theme park they once owned. This hotel has an infinity pool with an epic view…The only thing I would mention is that despite a city of skyscrapers, the view from the pool seemed low (probably because of the surrounding sky scrapers. ) Also, the Raffles is 30 seconds away, if you want to try the bar where the Singapore sling was invented. 😉 |
Review 3 | Stayed for 6 days and should say it is an amazing place. At the heart of the business hub, everything is nearby. Secondly, the hotel has great rooms, comfortable. Food is great, for a vegetarian like me they do have some choices. Overall it was a great stay. |

Review 1 | Me and my fiancee stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was so awesome! It was this February. It’s one of the best experiences we’ve had. And we travel a lot! 🙂 The afternoon tea with Manolo Blahnik was delicious and special. Not to mention that all meals at this hotel are really really good quality and delicious. And the room service is wow. We ordered breakfast in room, went to the perfect massage and when we checked out the butler packed our stuff. I would share some cons but I didn’t notice any. Sorry 🙂 Thank you, St.Regis, you are the top. Definitely recommend! |
Review 2 | Butler service was impressive. Hotel room was big and comfortable. Not very crowded. Loved the location which is within walking distance to orchard shopping district. Staff extremely attentive. Will definitely come back again! |

Wonderful hotel I hope we will be invited back someday! |

Review 2 | Bloody nice hotel. Styaed here with my wife and young daughter and had a great time. Room was spacious and had a private plunge pool. Very clean and we’ll maintained. Very short walk to the main building and the restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. House keeping staff even gave my daughter a small gift and it was greatly appreciated. Proximity to the main centre on Sentosa is a short stroll along the beach front if you feel the need to visit. Dined in the restaurant by the pool each morning for breakfast and was very happy with the spread each day. Even had the head chef bring a few “special” cheeses out one day. What can in say, it’s the small details that separate the good from the amazing, and Capella nail it. Definitely going back. |

Review 1 | I’m a person with disabilities and i let them know about it prior to our check in and they accommodated us really well. Actually, even before checking in, they already sent me an email letting me know that my requests are going to be accommodated. The room was very very clean and we had enough amenities for our entire family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The sofa bed is quite big so we all fit comfortably in the room. We had the Tropical family getaway promo and the food in the picnic basket are delicious! Our kids also enjoyed the free floaty and the sand toys. The roaming peacocks, peahens and monitor lizards added to the adventure. The surroundings were very clean, the staff were nice and accommodating. Our kids just wanted to stay with us so didn’t bother to register to the Toots Club but the hotel let me know that they will accommodate all 3 children even if the package only included 2. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. It was just a one night stay but we had a really great time. Thanks to all the staff! The people are this hotel’s greatest asset. |
Review 2 | Our family had such a wonderful time at this resort. We got a garden room on the 1st floor and we were able to just walk out to the pool, which was great for our kids. Loved the shaded kids pool area. Beach was right next to the pool area. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Free laundry was a great bonus. Gym was fabulous. We added Breakfast buffet to our room and it was totally worth it! Would love to visit again soon. |
Review 3 | For a 5 star hotel, i expected the best. Just that the housekeeping could have been better. As we have young kids who roam around the entire room, they picked up clumps of dust around the curtain, thinking that it was cotton candy. Balcony needs deep cleaning. |

Often dubbed the “Clean and Green” City, our collection of flora and fauna is not to be overlooked as well.
With so much to see and do in the Little Red Dot, a 5 star hotel is just what you need after a long day out. Planning your next trip? Book a room at any of these hotels before they are all filled up!
